Plastic parts

The history of experience in designing and producing plastic parts dates back to 2001. Obtained knowledge is applied mostly in special automotive, electronics and other industrial applications. Plastic parts are made by thermoplastic injection moulding with any subsequent assembly into a higher whole.

Portfolio of activities:

• Cosmetic draft part
• Development, design and evaluation of demanded plastic part concept using the accompanying calculations and simulations
• Development and construction of plastic refunds of metal parts

      

• Development and construction of electromechanical assemblies
• Development and construction of assemblies and products with integrated electronics

      

• Production of injection moulds for long-term cooperative Asian partners (Hong Kong/Shenzhen/Dongguan) with personal supervision and coordination of activities at the production site. The moulds are then left for production in Asia or imported into the place of production of parts in Europe.

      

• Small- and medium-scale batch production of plastic parts on presses with clamping forces 25-2000MT in Asia and Europe.

• Processing plastic parts in order to achieve specific properties. An example might be a crash zone in the vicinity of a runner, when this would make a continuous flow of material during injection moulding impossible in case of integration into the mould.

      

• Provision of electronic components and other components that are a part of the assembled units.

      

• Installation of plastic parts and other electronic components.
• Testing
• Logistics. Delivery of parts by air express and economy service, rail and maritime transport, always according to the agreement with a customer.

            

• Complete design collateral. Verification of feasibility, mould concept processing, mould design, mould manufacture and testing including repeated dismantling, optimization, production of parts, assembly and delivery always under the guidance of one to two responsible employees
